Mr. Thomas has dual citizenship as a Jamaican and American. He is an Educator and Media Production professional with over 25 years experience in the industry. His areas of expertise includes: Television, Radio, Print and Stage. He is an award winning Photographer and Actor, and a nominee for the Spirit Award in Broadcasting and he is the Caribbean Voice Over Artist, with a rich Caribbean / British / International sound.

In his full-time job from 7 am - 3:30pm, Norbert is the Lead Multi-Media Classroom Technician at Cincinnati State College but after, he transforms into an adjunct Instructor at either The Art Institute of Ohio - Cincinnati; Brown Mackie College; University of Cincinnati - Raymond Walters College; or Northern Kentucky University.

He teaches classes in: News Production Techniques, Multi-Camera Studio Production, Documentary, Fundamentals of Lighting, Short Form Production and Effective Public Speaking. 

Previously a Television Producer / Instructor with Miami-Dade College (School of Film & Video) in South Florida, he was also the Co-Founder and President of Christian Communicators International, a Media Production Company and also Vice President of H.O.P.E Limited, a non-profit Vocational Training Center, both based in Miami, Florida.

Mr. Thomas has been associated with companies like: The Photo House(Kingston); JIS-TV(Kingston); CVM-TV(Kingston); WSVN CH7(Miami); WMBM AM1490(Miami); The Ohio Center for Broadcasting(Cincinnati) and Comair Inc./Delta airlines among others. Norbert is an experienced Videographer, Producer, Director, Editor, Writer, Anchor, and  'The Caribbean Voice' Over Talent.
